Heartless Sea

I chose one of the best scenes from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to be the subject of this piece.

Venom Snake mourns the death of his comrades, whose ashes are contained in the jar he is holding. The original scene is originally shown against the blue sea and sky. However, I made the sea and clouds red and the sky like a mushroom cloud to demonstrate his anger and pain.

This piece was painted with acrylic paint.
